# Square invoices on your kitchen screen

## What Square's own kitchen screen shows

## How to get Square invoices to the kitchen

1. **Connect Square.** Start free and sign in to Square from Suavo. Suavo asks to read your Square orders, items and invoices.
2. **Pick your stores.** Pick which Square store each kitchen is. Orders and invoices from each store go to that store's kitchen screen.
3. **Open the screen in any browser.** Open the kitchen screen on any tablet or computer and type in its 8-character code. Within about a minute of an invoice being sent in Square, it shows up as a ticket, with the delivery time read from the invoice. When none is found, the screen asks the kitchen for one. When you edit the invoice, the ticket follows.

## What the kitchen sees on an invoice ticket

- The account the invoice is for, such as a school, an office or a church.
- The delivery date and time, read from the invoice title or its service date.
- Every line and quantity, as typed in Square.
- The delivery address on the invoice, ready for the restaurant's own driver.
- Tickets for another day wait under the screen's Future tab until their day.

## What else Suavo does for a restaurant

### Does Suavo change my invoices?

No. Suavo reads your invoices. It never marks one paid and never moves money. If you add Accounts Desk, it can also create invoices in your Square.

### Does it work for catering, not just schools?
