Six AI agents cover customer service, sales qualification, operations, content, finance, and onboarding — replacing what would traditionally require 10–15 employees costing $23,500/month. The agents run for $576–1,015/month. That structural cost advantage is the business.

The AI ops stack is not a constraint to work around — it's the product's cost structure. When we add humans, it will be because the AI surface area hits a genuine ceiling, not because the org chart demands it. Until then we're solo + AI + advisors + fleet operators.
