Is Suavo HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We sign a BAA with every partner, encrypt all PHI at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), enforce RLS on every database table containing PHI, and retain immutable audit logs for 7 years per HIPAA § 164.316.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes — our standard BAA is available on the /trust page. For Enterprise tier, we'll execute a custom BAA reviewed by healthcare counsel.
How long does onboarding take?
Under a week for most independent pharmacies. PMS integration on day 1-2, driver training on day 3-5, first live deliveries by day 7.
Which PMS systems do you integrate with?
PioneerRx (live), QS/1 (beta), BestRx, Liberty, Framework, Rx30, RedSail. Full list on /integrations. If yours isn't there, our Enterprise API lets you wire in any system with an OAuth-capable endpoint.
What does pricing look like for fleet operators?
Commission-based. We take a percentage of each completed delivery. You keep the margin, we scale with your volume. See /fleet-operators for the tier breakdown.
Who owns the data?
Your pharmacy owns its patient data. Suavo processes it under your BAA and never sells, shares, or trains on it. You can export or delete at any time.
What happens if a delivery fails?
Automatic return-to-pharmacy flow. The driver scans the medication back into your custody, the audit log records the exception, and the patient is notified with a reschedule option.
Do you handle controlled substances?
Yes — DEA-compliant chain of custody for Schedule II-V. ID verification at pickup and delivery, CSOS-compatible reporting, ARCOS integration on the Enterprise tier.
