Is Suavo HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We sign a BAA with every partner, encrypt all PHI at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), enforce RLS on every database table containing PHI, and retain immutable audit logs for 7 years per HIPAA § 164.316.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes — our standard BAA is available on the /trust page. For Enterprise tier, we'll execute a custom BAA reviewed by healthcare counsel.
Do I keep my own drivers, or use yours?
Both. Run your own drivers for your steady baseline; when demand spikes past your capacity, Suavo's fleet marketplace picks up the overflow automatically. DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct failsafe integrations are built and in sandbox certification. You're never forced onto a third party.
Who owns the customer and the data?
You do. Your brand on the delivery, your customer relationship, your reorder. Suavo processes your data under your terms and never sells, shares, or trains on it — and you can export or delete it at any time.
How long does onboarding take?
Under a week for most businesses. Connect your existing system (PMS, POS, or our API) on day 1-2, bring your drivers, and you're live — pharmacies are typically running deliveries by day 7.
Which systems do you integrate with?
