Teaching software to see the line.

Cameras over the make table match what the line makes to the ticket it belongs to. It runs as a pilot in one working kitchen, and it is not for sale yet.

Owners opt in. The dashboard shows counts, not footage, and anything kept to improve the model is covered by the owner's agreement.

The pizza kitchen where Suavo started

Where it started

Suavo started behind the counter of a family pizza and chicken shop. Orders on paper, drivers on text messages, invoices in a drawer. The first operating system we built was the one that kitchen needed. It still runs there every day, and every other department is built to the same standard.
